Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our medical partners, we offer the following refund policy:
- Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 5 days before the appointment, we cannot issue a refund, as medical professionals and diagnostic equipment are already reserved.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
- If you need to change your appointment date, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. We will try our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the appointment will be treated as cancellations, meaning no refund will be available.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Service Responsibility
- MediTrip Poland acts as an intermediary between clients and healthcare providers. We do not conduct medical examinations ourselves.
- If a medical provider cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will assist you in rescheduling or arranging a refund where applicable.
